谭英平

对外经济贸易大学保险学院统计与精算学系副教授，中国人民大学统计学博士，美国天普大学访问学者，长期致力于风险管理与保险、应用经济统计分析和保险精算的研究。《世界保险史》编委成员，研究领域为世界精算教育发展史。主讲《风险管理与保险》《保险学原理》《应用统计》等课程。在《统计研究》《统计与决策》《统计与信息论坛》等核心期刊发表论文多篇，出版《应用统计学》《统计学（微课版）》《风险管理与保险》《商务统计》等多本教材译著，曾获全国统计科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖、北京市优秀统计科讨论文三等奖，《统计学（微课版）》入选“十四五”首批职业教育国家规划教材。

Yingping Tan

Associate Professor at the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science, School of Insurance, University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), PhD in Statistics from Renmin University of China, and visiting scholar at Temple University, USA. She has long been dedicated to research in risk management and insurance, applied economic statistical analysis, and actuarial science. She serves as an editorial board member for *The World History of Insurance* and focuses on the history of actuarial education worldwide. She teaches courses such as *Risk Management and Insurance*, *Principles of Insurance*, and *Applied Statistics*. She has published numerous papers in core journals such as *Statistical Research*, *Statistics and Decision*, and *Statistics and Information Forum*. She has authored and co-authored multiple textbooks and translated works, including *Applied Statistics*, *Statistics (Micro-Lecture Version)*, *Risk Management and Insurance*, and *Business Statistics*. She has won the National Statistics Science Research Excellence Award (First Prize) and the Beijing Excellent Statistical Paper Award (Third Prize). Her textbook *Statistics (Micro-Lecture Version)* was selected as one of the first national vocational education planning textbooks under the 14th Five-Year Plan.
