【简版简介】郭锐欣副教授：北京师范大学经济学博士，研究领域主要为风险管理与保险、契约理论在保险领域应用研究、国有企业改革、公用事业和政府管制。《世界保险史》编委，研究领域为保险行销历史。在《世界经济》、《经济科学》、《保险研究》和Applied Economics等期刊发表多篇文章。独立著作《公用事业改革与公共服务供给》，参与编写教材《风险管理与保险》（对外经济贸易大学出版社，2021年）。

Associate Professor Rui Xin Guo: PhD in Economics from Beijing Normal University, with primary research areas in risk management and insurance, the application of contract theory in the insurance field, state-owned enterprise reform, public utilities, and government regulation. She serves as an editorial board member for *The World History of Insurance* and focuses on the history of insurance marketing. She has published several articles in journals such as *World Economy*, *Economic Science*, *Insurance Studies*, and *Applied Economics*. Her independent work includes *Public Utility Reform and Public Service Provision*, and she contributed to the textbook *Risk Management and Insurance* (University of International Business and Economics Press, 2021).
