Experience:

Ernst & Young Ernst & Young from September 1996 to March 2011, promoted from Junior Auditor to partner, including posting to the London office since April 2011, he Accounting networks and associations in Deloitte & Touche (Special General Partnership) Beijing Office and is currently the head partner of Deloitte's China Insurance Industry and the head of China (mainland) financial industry certification services, and is responsible for the implementation of a number of IFRS 17“Insurance contracts” standards and consulting services. Chinese Certified Public Accountant, senior and practising members of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, senior members and Chartered Financial Analyst of the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Past public positions include:

1. The third China Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CIRC”) , member of the Standards Committee for solvency supervision of insurance companies; and the First Advisory Expert Advisory Committee for Solvency Supervision of CIRC;

2. Advisory member of the First Enterprise Accounting Standards Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance.

He has served as the lead partner of the audit project of the People's insurance group of China and China International Finance Co. , Ltd. .
