Experience:

Li Lewen joined KPMG in 1994 and has been providing audit and advisory services to insurance and banking clients for more than 20 years

Mr. Li has been involved in the ipos of a number of insurance companies, including the People's Property Insurance Company of China and China Reinsurance Group. He led the audit team, in a very short period of time to complete the IPO audit, to help China reinsurance group in 5 months in the h-share listing;

Mr. Li led a team to complete a number of insurance consulting projects, including providing access to China for two international insurance companies, research Report on the pension market, assisting an international reinsurance company to set up a subsidiary in China, assisting a government unit in setting up its, several insurance companies have invested in the development of risk management and Budget Framework Systems to provide audit services, as well as Insurance M & a advisory services;

Mr. Lee was a member of the Financial Instruments Accounting Committee established by the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance. He was involved in the development and convergence of international financial reporting and reporting standards for domestic financial instruments accounting standards. He is also actively involved in the accounting department of the Ministry of Finance on the development of insurance accounting standards. In addition to serving the insurance industry, Mr. Li also provides audit and advisory services to domestic banks, including China Construction Bank, ICBC and Minsheng Bank.
