Experience:

Graduated from Monash University, Graduate School of Business, Australia, with a Masters in risk management.

He is currently the assistant general manager, Chief Risk Officer and technical underwriting officer of Zurich Property Insurance (China) Co. , Ltd. . Prior to joining Zurich, he worked as a risk management consultant at Marsh China, a Thaksin insurance broker, to provide corporate clients with comprehensive risk management, business continuity, reputation risk and crisis management consulting services. At present, besides the work of risk and risk management, we also pay attention to the sustainable development of insurance industry and the impact of ESG on insurance industry, including insurance, climate risk assessment of insurance industry, implementation of sustainable insurance principles and ESG International Regulatory Requirements of insurance industry.

In 2017, he was China Insurance Regulatory Commission as an expert of the first advisory committee on solvency supervision of the former 2021 and was re-appointed as an expert of the Second Advisory Committee on solvency supervision of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Participation in the work of the commission mainly includes: undertaking the second phase of the project study, comparative study on prudential regulation of the banking and insurance industries; Participate in the revision of the SARMRA and IRR rules, consultation and revision of the English version of the second generation rules.
