Responsible for the direction formulation and organization of personal banking business of branches across the country, performance appraisal management, guidance of key customers and key product marketing.

2013. 6-2022. 1 Serve as the general manager of Equity Investment Trust Department and South China Wealth Center

2022. 1- So far, he has served as the general manager of the financial industry business department, the equity investment trust department, and the general manager of the South China Center.

During his tenure at Chang'an Trust, he deeply studied and practiced the cooperation business between trust companies and insurance companies, and successfully pioneered the cooperation between Chang'an Trust and insurance institutions. He led the company's credit insurance cooperation scale of more than 80 billion yuan, covering more than 30 life insurance and property insurance companies. It has established close cooperation with more than 10 joint-stock banks, urban commercial banks and agricultural commercial banks, and the scale of local bank credit cooperation is nearly 20 billion yuan. The individual has won the "Gold Medal Financial Planner" and "Outstanding Department Head" awards of Chang'an Trust for many consecutive years, leading the department's trust income and institutional issuance scale to rank among the top of the company year after year. In 2021 and 2022, the company's revenue generated exceeded 100 million yuan, ranking first in the company.

During the anti-epidemic period in January 2022, insurance funds were introduced for Xi'an High-tech Zone to ensure the financial needs of enterprises to resume work and production in a timely manner.
