Work experience.

Founded China Pacific Insurance (Hong Kong) Limited, China BOCOM Insurance Company Limited and BOCOM Kanglian Life Insurance Company Limited in Hong Kong and the Mainland, where he served as the controller (president), chairman, executive director and general manager respectively. He has published ten monographs on Hong Kong's economy, finance, banking and insurance management in Hong Kong and the Mainland, and was awarded the first Outstanding Social Science Achievement Award in Jilin Province. He is an external tutor of the School of Economics of Fudan University and a special researcher of the Insurance Research Center of Fudan University, a visiting professor of Jilin University of Finance and Economics, and the honorary chairman of Shenzhen Corporate Governance Research Association.

He is a guest columnist of China Economic Weekly of People's Daily.

He has been an economic and technical advisor to the Jilin Provincial Government for many years, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the China Insurance Association.
