Scientific research achievements of the School of Insurance and Economics

Since the establishment of the School of Insurance and Economics in 2007, 1,026 academic papers written by teachers of SIE have been published, of which 296 papers have been included in CSSCI, 23 papers in class-A national periodicals, 73 papers in international academic journals, and 28 monographs. These papers have a wide influence in academia. Academic papers have been published in domestic and foreign top journals such as Review of Economic Studies, Journal of Banking and Finance, Economic Research, and Management World.

In terms of research projects, the SIE has successively undertaken 34 national-level projects and 44 provincial-level and ministerial-level projects, including 20 projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, 1 major project, and 3 key projects; 14 projects funded by the National Natural Science Fund. The SIE has also successively undertaken 27 projects funded by the Ministry of Education and 17 other provincial-level and ministerial-level projects. As for rewards, the SIE has won many provincial-level and ministerial-level scientific research awards, including the first and second prizes for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in Beijing, and the third prize for outstanding achievements in social science research in universities of China.
