1. "Originality Statement and Copyright Authorization letter" 【 https://share.weiyun.com/KcGY872R 】 issued by the Graduate School. Please fill and sign them as soon as possible and upload them to your coordinator. dead line is ：November, 07.

2. "Originality Statement and Copyright Authorization letter" is only in Chinese, you can use translation software to understand the content of the translation, and then you need to communicate with the supervisor to sign.

3. Defense Arrangment:

   1. Group 1:

       1. Defense Time: 1:00 PM  on November, 08 (Beijing time)

       2. Boxue Building 509

4. After coming to the meeting room, please wait outside the meeting room in order. The first student should enter conference 10 minutes in advance, and the students behind should not be far away from the room.

5. It is possible that there will be a centralized meeting after the thesis defense, so please don't go far after the thesis defense room, wait patiently for the last student to finish the thesis defense, and pay attention to the notice in the group. If feedback is required in the defense group, please go back to the defense room in time.

6. You need to state the changes in your thesis defense，according to a double-blind review reports.

7. In the temporary thesis defense group set up for the defense, we will post the progress of the defense in it, so that students can check the progress.

8. Each student is expected to spend total around 30-60 minutes on the defense with around 20-40 minutes on the ppt presentation.

9. PPT requirements for doctoral defense presentation

   1. Time. The PPT presentation of the doctoral defense is about 40 minutes.

   2. Content requirements. The doctoral defense PPT should basically contain two parts, the first part is the presentation of the thesis content (Including how you revised the paper based on your double-blind review comments); The second part is self-evaluation and prospect.

       1. In the presentation part of the thesis content, the respondent shall fully elaborate the following contents:

           1. first, the selection process of the thesis (brief introduction);

           2. Secondly, the development status and trend of the research field at home and abroad（brief introduction）;

           3. Third, the research methods, technical routes and data（Key point）;

           4, Fourthly, the main contents and conclusions of each chapter（Key point）.

       2. In the part of self-evaluation and prospect, the respondent shall summarize and evaluate your own research work, expound the innovations and shortcomings, explain the theoretical and practical value of the research results, and forecast the research prospects.

10. PPT requirements for master's defense presentation

   1. Time. The PPT presentation time of the master's defense is about 30 minutes.

   2. Content requirements. The PPT of the master's defense should basically contain two parts, the first part is the presentation of the thesis content; The second part is self-evaluation and prospect.

        1. In the presentation part of the thesis content, the respondent shall fully elaborate the following contents: 

            1. first, the selection process of the thesis (brief introduction); 

            2. Second, the research background, including the literature review or the cases, investigation reports or program design consulted in the practice research; 

            3. Third, the main content of academic (practical) research; Fourth, the conclusion of academic (practical) research.

        2. In the part of self-evaluation and prospect, the respondent shall summarize and evaluate his own research work, expound the innovations and shortcomings, explain the theoretical and practical value of the research results, and forecast the research prospects.
