保险学院2025年上半年研究生学位论文相似性检测工作已近尾声，现将结果公布如下：

   1. 留学生：相似性初复检结果，学生可在研究生综合管理系统[ http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do ]中查询（点击左侧导航栏“论文答辩-资格审查结果”）。

   2. 相似性检测说明

所公布的结果为初检结果，并不代表已通过检测。论文答辩后还将进行相似性终检，因检测数据库扩充调整等原因，最终检测结果或有变化。若终检相似比为20%以上，将不予提交至校学位评定委员会讨论授予学位事宜。相似性检测利用现有数据库检测，具有一定的局限性，相似比例在20%以下者结果只作参考，并不能排除数据库扩充后仍发现论文抄袭现象。学院、导师不应放松对学位论文作假行为的警惕。学位申请人应当恪守学术道德和学术规范，学位论文即便通过相似性检测或答辩，只要发现作假行为，学校将根据教育部《学位论文作假行为处理办法》严肃处理，直至取消学位。

       1.相似比在20%以下（含20%）：视为通过检测。但相似比在15%-20%者应引起高度警惕。

2.相似比在20%-40%：视为未通过检测，应限期修改。学位办已将检测报告发送给学院，由学院组织导师进行审核鉴定，如认定相似片断确属学术不端行为，不宜参加双盲评审及答辩，学位申请人须继续修改论文，延迟半年重新提交学位申请。如导师认为论文在短期内可以修改完成，学位申请人应对论文进行相应修改，经导师批准后可再次提交检测，修改时间段为即日起至3月23日。

       根据《对外经济贸易大学学位论文学术不端行为检测及处理办法》[ https://yjsy.uibe.edu.cn/cms/infoSingleArticle.do?articleId=2956&columnId=2195 ]第十条，答辩前常规检测或答辩后随机抽检不合格，重新申请学位者，仅有一次重新检测机会。重检相似比在20%（含）以下视为通过，按相应程序进行。重检相似比仍超过20%者，取消其申请学位资格。。

       3.相似比在40%（含40%）以上：应对论文做重大修改，延期重新申请答辩。

   3. 申诉说明：

       博士、硕士研究生若对检测结果有异议，请在检测结果公布后3个工作日内向学院提出，由学院负责受理和处理。

   4. 相似性复检安排：

         a. 初检相似比在20%-40%者，完成修改，经导师同意，学位申请人可申请复检。

         b. 论文重新提交时间：即日起至3月21日（逾时不候）

[Degree Application] Notice on the Announcement of the Similarity Test Results of Postgraduate Dissertation in the first half of 2025 (Collected by the School of Insurance and Economics)

The similarity detection work of graduate degree thesis of the School of Insurance and Economics in the first half of 2025 has come to an end, and the results are now announced as follows:

   1. International students:

       For the result of the preliminary and re-examination of similarity, students can check it in the postgraduate comprehensive management system [http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do] (click on "Thesis Defense - Qualification Examination Result"( “论文答辩-资格审查结果” ) in the navigation bar on the left).

   2. Description of similarity detection

       The published results are preliminary results and do not mean that you have passed the test. After the thesis defense, the final similarity test will be carried out. Due to the expansion and adjustment of the detection database, the final test result may change. If the final similarity result is more than 20%, it will not be submitted to the academic degree Assessment Committee of the university to discuss the awarding of the degree. Similarity detection using the existing database detection has certain limitations, the similarity ratio of less than 20% of the results are only for reference, can not rule out the expansion of the database still found plagiarism. School and supervisors should not relax their vigilance against the fraudulent behavior of dissertations. Degree applicants should abide by academic ethics and norms. Even if the dissertation passes the similarity test or defense, as long as any fraudulent behavior is found, the university will seriously deal with it according to the Measures for Handling Fraudulent Behavior of Dissertation of the Ministry of Education, and even cancel the degree.

       1. If the similarity ratio is less than 20% (including 20%), it is regarded as passing the test. However, those with a similar ratio of 15%-20% should be highly vigilant.

       2.  The similarity ratio is 20%-40% : it is regarded as failing the test and should be modified within the time limit. The degree Office has sent the test report to the school, and the school will organize the supervisor to review and appraise it. If it is found that the similar fragments are indeed academic misconduct, it is not suitable to participate in the double-blind evaluation and defense, the degree applicant must continue to revise the thesis and postpone the re-submission of the degree application for half a year. If the supervisor thinks that the thesis can be modified within a short period of time, the degree applicant should revise the thesis accordingly, and can submit it again for testing after approval by the supervisor. The modification period is from now to March 23.

       According to the foreign economic and trade university dissertation academic misconduct detection and processing method "[https://yjsy.uibe.edu.cn/cms/infoSingleArticle.do?articleId=2956&columnId=2195] item 10, those who fail the routine test before the defense or random test after the defense and re-apply for the degree have only one chance to re-test. The recheck similarity ratio is less than 20% (including 20%) and shall be regarded as passed and carried out according to the corresponding procedures. Those whose similarity ratio still exceeds 20% will be disqualified from applying for the degree.

       3. If the similarity ratio is above 40% (including 40%), the paper should be significantly revised and the application for defense should be postponed.

   3. Explanation of complaint:

       If you have any objection to the test results, please submit it to the school within 3 working days after the test results are released, and the school will be responsible for accepting and handling it.

   4. Similarity recheck arrangement:

         a. If the similarity ratio of the initial examination is 20%-40%, the degree applicant can apply for reexamination with the approval of the supervisor.

         

         b. Paper resubmission time: From now to March 21 (after minus not available)
