为贯彻落实党委常委会要求，根据《对外经济贸易大学2020-2021学年度博士学位论文抽检反馈整改方案》，各学院应夯实培养过程，加强科研训练，树牢质量意识。博士生定期向导师汇报学位论文进展和科研情况，将汇报与修改记录纳入系统审核，作为预答辩的前置条件，切实加强导师的论文指导投入。现就具体工作安排如下：

1. 涉及的学生：

   1. 尚未参加或未通过预答辩的全体博士生，应在《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》中如实记录学位论文进展汇报与修改情况。

   2. 记录时间范围至少应包含开题通过之日至申请预答辩前。往年通过开题的博士生自本通知发布之日起开始记录。

2. 具体工作要求

   1. 博士生主动向导师汇报学位论文进展和科研情况，每月至少1次；

   2. 尽早登录研究生综合管理信息系统（http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do），在“论文预答辩”-“上传预答辩申请表”处点击“查看样表”，下载《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》，查看“学位论文进展汇报与修改情况记录”填写说明。

   3. 博士生申请预答辩时，填写《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》中“学位论文进展汇报与修改情况记录”，与学位论文一并交由导师审核。经导师同意并签字后，扫描成PDF文件上传至研究生综合管理信息系统指定位置。

   4. 填报并上传导师签字确认的《博士学位论文预答辩申请表》，是博士生申请预答辩的必要条件。

       In order to implement the requirements of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, according to the "University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) 2020-2021 academic year doctoral dissertation sampling feedback rectification plan", each School  should consolidate the training process, strengthen scientific research training, and firmly establish quality awareness. Doctoral students regularly report the progress and scientific research of the dissertation to the supervisor, and incorporate the report and revision record into the system review, as a prerequisite for the pre-defense, and effectively strengthen the supervisor's input in thesis guidance. The specific work arrangements are as follows:

1. Involved students :

   1. All doctoral students who have not participated in or passed the pre-defense shall truthfully record the progress report and modification of the dissertation in the Application Form for pre-defense of Doctoral Dissertation.

   2. The time range for recording should include days at least  between the proposal and before the application for pre-defense. Doctoral students who have passed the proposal in previous years will be recorded from the date of this notice.

2. Requirements

   1. The doctoral student should actively report the progress of the dissertation and scientific research to the supervisor at least once a month;

   2. Log in to the graduate Integrated Management information system（http://202.204.172.201/graduate/index.do） as early as possible, click "View sample form" at "Dissertation pre-defense" - "Upload pre-defense Application Form", download "Doctoral dissertation pre-defense Application Form", and check the filling instructions of "Dissertation Progress Report and Modification record".

   3. When applying for pre-defense, doctoral students should fill in the "Dissertation Progress Report and Modification Record" in the "Doctoral Dissertation pre-defense Application Form", and submit the dissertation together with the supervisor for review. After being approved and signed by the supervisor, the scanned PDF file will be uploaded to the designated location of the graduate Integrated Management information system.

   4. Fill in and upload the Application Form for pre-defense of Doctoral Dissertation signed and confirmed by supervisor, which is a necessary condition for doctoral students to apply for pre-defense.
