      导师选择对大家很重要，请大家尽快与老师沟通。

温馨提示：

       1. 发给大家的导师互选通知中，有老师的基本情况和联系方式，需要大家根据自己的情况，编写邮件和相关选择的导师进行邮件沟通。

       2. 学院是不负责给大家选导师的，学院只提供基本的导师信息。

       3. 每位同学只能选择一位导师或导师组(推荐导师组选择优先沟通)，具体根据你的项目来决定。 例如： 博士学生，可以选择一位博士导或导师组，推荐导师组选择优先沟通。 硕士学生，可以选择一位硕士导师沟通。

       4. 经验：大家可以自己录下一段自我介绍的视频（你的个人情况，你的研究方向，你目前已有研究的内容等，5-10分钟），方便在与导师沟通的时候，导师能比较全面的了解你。

     Therefore, the choice of supervisor is very important to you. Please communicate with your supervisor as soon as possible.

Tips：

        1. In the notice of supervisor selection, there is the basic information and contact information of the professors.        

       2. You need to write emails and communicate with your selected professor according to your own situation. It is not the responsibility of the school to select a supervisor for each student. The school only provides basic information about the supervisors.

       3. Each student can choose only one supervisor or group of professors(Recommended supervisor group to prioritize communication), depending on your project and professor's feedback information. .        

        For example:                  

            Doctoral students: can choose a doctoral supervisor or a supervisor group. The recommended supervisor group is preferred.                  

            Master's students: can choose a master's supervisor.

        4. Experience: You can record a self-introduction video (your personal situation, your research direction, your current research content, etc., 5-10 minutes) and send it to the professor you want to communicate with, so as to facilitate communication with professor, and professor can have a more comprehensive understanding of you.
